Data Deletion

Effective October 23, 2026

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. It's free, and you don't need to give a reason.

What you can ask us to delete

• Your website account: the name, email, profile picture and account ID shared by Auth0 when you signed in, your display name and certificate name, and all your learning progress (quiz scores, XP, streaks, badges and saved lessons).
• Data from our social media accounts: anything related to comments you left on our Instagram, TikTok or YouTube posts, including any reply we posted to you, and any messages you sent us.
• Emails you've sent to [email protected].

Our Instagram tool doesn't store your comments. It reads a comment only to reply to it. So for Instagram, deletion means we remove our reply, plus anything else from the list above that we hold.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

1. the email address you signed in with, if you have a website account; and/or
2. your username on the platform (for example, your Instagram @handle), if it's about comments or messages.

We may reply to confirm the request came from you. We'll then delete the data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Progress saved in your browser

Progress that was only saved in your browser (without signing in) never reaches us. To remove it, clear this site's data in your browser settings.

Your platform accounts

Deleting data we hold doesn't delete your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Auth0 sign-in account itself. To remove a comment you posted, delete it on the platform. To remove our app's access to your account (if you ever granted it), use that platform's settings. For Facebook and Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and Websites.
